I’m Mona, a wellbeing practitioner and technical systems-oriented professional with over a decade of experience working in high-performance, structured environments. My background spans technical leadership, program execution, and client-facing roles, where clarity, consistency, and sustainable performance were essential.
Alongside my professional career, I pursued comprehensive training in Pilates and movement education, recognizing the direct connection between physical alignment, mental clarity, and long-term performance. Through this work, I developed a grounded, practical approach to wellbeing; one that supports ambition rather than competing with it.
KHANA reflects the integration of these two worlds.
My work centers on:
