I’m Mona, a wellbeing practitioner and technical systems-oriented professional with over a decade of experience working in high-performance, structured environments. My background spans technical leadership, program execution, and client-facing roles, where clarity, consistency, and sustainable performance were essential.

Alongside my professional career, I pursued comprehensive training in Pilates and movement education, recognizing the direct connection between physical alignment, mental clarity, and long-term performance. Through this work, I developed a grounded, practical approach to wellbeing.

KHANA reflects the integration of these two worlds.

My work centers on:

  • Daily structure and consistency as the foundation of wellbeing

Rather than trends or transformation narratives, I focus on practices that are repeatable, realistic, and sustainable over time.

I believe wellbeing is not something to optimize endlessly, but something to stabilize so individuals can think clearly, move confidently, and show up fully in their work and lives.

Through KHANA, I share tools, guidance, and resources designed to support calm, capable living especially for people balancing full lives, demanding careers, and long-term goals.

Whether I’m teaching a Pilates class, creating learning paths, writing, or building digital spaces, my mission is the same:
To empower people to move with purpose, build with clarity, and live with intention.
